Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Cleaner to join our team at Addition+. As a leading maintenance company, we provide exceptional cleaning services to the Property Management industry.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to maintain the cleanliness and safety of external and internal communal areas within residential apartment blocks.
**Responsibilities:**
* Maintain high-level cleaning and maintenance of communal areas
* Work independently and arrange schedules to ensure areas are clean and safe
* Identify and report maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, and undertake routine safety and fire safety checks
**Requirements:**
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* Current and full Driving License (essential for using a company van)
* Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and work proactively
