Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at Addition+. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our residential apartment blocks.
Key Responsibilities:- High-level cleaning and maintenance of external and internal communal areas
- Proactively arrange your schedule to ensure communal areas are clean, tidy, and safe
- Assess and report maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, and undertake routine safety and fire safety checks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a flexible team
- Current and full Driving License (essential for using a company van)
