Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Cleaner to join our team at Addition+. As a leading maintenance company, we provide exceptional cleaning services to the Property Management industry.

**Job Summary:**

Responsible for the high-level cleaning and maintenance of external and internal communal areas within residential apartment blocks. This role requires the ability to work independently, proactively manage your schedule, and ensure the communal areas are clean, tidy, and safe.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance of communal areas
* Identify and report maintenance issues, health, and safety concerns
* Perform routine safety and fire safety checks
* Collaborate with a flexible and dedicated team to achieve common goals

**Requirements:**

* Current and full Driving License (essential for using a company van)
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
