HR Operations Specialist

The HR Administrator will play a key role in HR operations at Wild Recruitment's Chandlers Ford/Eastleigh office, supporting around 200 FTEs.
Key Responsibilities - HR Administrator- Assist with day-to-day HR tasks and processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new staff members.
- Handle HR queries from employees professionally and efficiently.
Requirements - HR Administrator
