About this role

We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at AlphaSights. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our goal of attracting top talent.

Your responsibilities will include creating marketing collateral, developing candidate-facing communications, designing and launching email nurture campaigns, and elevating the candidate experience. You will also take on broader communication responsibilities, including ensuring consistency and alignment with company goals across all internal and external communications.

Beyond talent marketing, you will also support internal initiatives, such as newsletters and company updates, to inform, inspire, and engage colleagues globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, blogs, videos, newsletters, and social media posts) that captures candidates' attention and introduces them to our business and culture.
  • Developing candidate-facing communications (emails, webinars, etc.) that provide a transparent view of our job roles, career paths, and our value proposition.
  • Designing and launching email nurture campaigns to keep candidates engaged by sharing company news, success stories, and case studies.
  • Elevating the candidate experience by ensuring timely, consistent communication throughout the recruitment process, transparently informing candidates at each stage.
  • Measuring the success of your initiatives and continuously refining your approach based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant communications and/or marketing experience (talent marketing is highly desirable).
  • Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance (equivalent to 2:1 or above).
