Responsibilities and Tasks

  1. Work alongside the Early Years team to deliver the EYFS curriculum.
  2. Support the development of children's social and academic skills in line with the National Curriculum.
  3. Assist in creating a safe and engaging learning environment.
  4. Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.

Requirements and Qualifications

">

A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is required. Previous experience in a UK school and knowledge of the EYFS framework and National Curriculum are also essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to succeed in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

">

The salary for this position ranges from £16,578.90 to £19,189.95 per annum, based on working 5 days a week for a full school year. You will also receive PAYE or Umbrella options, holiday pay, pension contributions, free safeguarding training, and a £100 welcome-to-the-team bonus.

Location Information

This position is situated in Oldbury, offering easy access to nearby areas such as Smethwick, Sandwell, West Bromwich, Dudley, and Quinton. The school provides excellent transport links and onsite parking.
