Dining Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Winifred Dell Care Home in Essex. As a key member of our care home, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents.
About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the Chef in preparing and cooking nutritious meals using fresh ingredients. You will be responsible for:
- Assisting with meal preparation and presentation
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding mealtimes
You will need to have experience of cooking for large numbers, a passion for preparing fresh and healthy food, and a strong understanding of health and safety guidelines. A NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in catering and hospitality is also required.
