Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the EYFS curriculum alongside the Early Years team.
  • Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups.
  • Assist in creating a positive and engaging classroom environment.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils during school activities.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

">

A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is required. Previous experience in a UK school and knowledge of the EYFS framework and National Curriculum are also necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial to succeed in this role.

Remuneration and Benefits

">

The salary for this position ranges from £16,578.90 to £19,189.95 per annum, based on working 5 days a week for a full school year. Additionally, benefits include PAYE or Umbrella options, holiday pay, pension contributions, free safeguarding training, and a £100 welcome-to-the-team bonus.

This position is located in Oldbury, offering easy access to surrounding areas such as Smethwick, Sandwell, West Bromwich, Dudley, and Quinton. The school provides excellent transport links and onsite parking.
