Role Summary:
In this position, you will report directly to the Head of Finance and collaborate with a team of two other finance business partners.

Compensation:
Salary range: £46,000 - £50,000
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid model: 2 days in the office.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a part-qualified or fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA or an equivalent qualification (consideration will be given to those qualified by experience).
Experience within a Not-for-Profit sector is advantageous.
Proven ability to deliver management information to relevant stakeholders promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
This role is crucial for ensuring effective financial oversight for designated organizational areas (Business Units). You will provide financial partnership to key managerial and senior internal stakeholders, ensuring robust financial planning, execution, and monitoring.

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for the daily provision of financial data necessary for planning and control purposes.

Your role will involve managing the complete processes required to transform financial data into meaningful reports for the relevant audiences within the organization.

Additionally, you will enhance and support the financial management of the organization by overseeing the processes for recognizing income and expenditure.

This will be conducted alongside managing the full budgeting and management accounts process related to the respective Business Units.

Collaboration with internal stakeholders to interpret data and provide necessary analysis, insights, and support will be essential.
