Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our Intensive Support Service team at Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to individuals with learning disabilities.

Main Responsibilities

The post-holder will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical leadership and management to the Intensive Support Service team
  • Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Managing and supervising a team of clinical staff
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and services to individuals with learning disabilities. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Nursing (RLDN/RMN) or an Allied Health Professional or Psychology
  • Registration with the relevant professional body (NMC, Health and Professions Council, etc.)
  • Experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
