Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neonatal Nursery Nurse to join our dynamic team on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, holistic care to neonates and their families in a busy and ever-expanding intensive care unit.
- Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate care plans for neonates in conjunction with qualified nursing staff.
- Support mothers with their infant feeding choices and promote parent education and discharge planning.
- Liaise with the Family Care Team and Neonatal Outreach Team to ensure seamless care and support for families.
- Maintain accurate records of all care given and communicate effectively with parents, relatives, carers, and the multi-disciplinary team.
