Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse

The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neonatal Nursery Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our smallest and sickest patients.
Main Responsibilities- Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate care plans for neonates and their families in conjunction with qualified nursing staff.
- Support mothers with their infant feeding choices and provide education on breastfeeding and infant nutrition.
- Assist with clinical procedures under the supervision of qualified staff and maintain accurate records of all care given.
- Liaise with the Family Care Team and Neonatal Outreach Team to promote parent education and discharge planning.
- Communicate effectively with parents, relatives, carers, and the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
