Join Hays Technology, a leading technology company, as we look for a talented Project Management Reporting Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our experienced professionals and contribute to the success of our clients. As a Project Management Reporting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing reporting frameworks to produce P3M reports, developing business intelligence solutions using Power BI, and maintaining high-quality reporting standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing reporting frameworks to ensure accurate and timely delivery of P3M reports
  • Developing business intelligence solutions using Power BI to support data-driven decision making
  • Maintaining high-quality reporting standards across all divisions and functions

The ideal candidate will have a recognised formal Project Management qualification (e.g., PMI, Prince2), 5+ years of P3M experience, proficiency in Power BI and stakeholder management, experience in performance data/reporting in regulated/complex industries, analytical skills, and effective communication skills.

We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
