Social Care Support Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Support Worker. As a valued member of our team, you will be part of an inclusive environment supporting adults with a learning disability.
**Estimated Salary:** £12.38 per hour.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives by helping them achieve their personal goals, aims, and ambitions. You will provide support in various aspects of daily life, including developing new skills, offering personal and emotional support, and assisting with leisure, employment, individual interests, and travel.
This role is varied and can be both rewarding and challenging. You may work with individuals in their own homes or out in the community, providing flexible support tailored to their needs.
