We are working with a leading Independent Financial Advice firm in Durham to find an exceptional IFA Administrator to join their back-office support team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established firm that provides holistic financial planning advice to clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting financial advisers, dealing with clients, and providing administrative support for wills and powers of attorney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to financial advisers
  • Dealing with clients and responding to their queries
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial plans and reports
  • Managing client data and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
  • Financial planning administration experience
  • Part CII Level 4 Diploma qualification or some R0 exams (desirable)
