We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to join our team at Recruit4staff LTD in Ellesmere. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management and be able to lead the development of a culture of safety-first across several locations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conducting regular audits and risk assessments
  • Developing and maintaining health and safety training programs
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and legislation
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on health and safety matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety
  • Significant experience in a health and safety role in an engineering or manufacturing business
  • Experience in formal safety and environmental management systems
  • Background in manufacturing, automation, or continuous processes
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
