Job Title: Project Lead for Track Development

Job Description:
As a Project Lead for Track Development, you will be responsible for managing and delivering track development and enhancement projects to Network Rail standards. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the project is executed safely, efficiently, and effectively, adhering to CDM regulations, rail company standards, and health and safety legislation.

Key Accountabilities and Objectives:
• Create, manage, and deliver track development and enhancement projects to meet client expectations
• Manage work overviews and other project documentation to demonstrate a concise programme of work through the preparation and delivery of detailed hand-over packs
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and maintain good understanding of risk and opportunity management principles

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven track record of project engineering experience on track projects
• Strong knowledge of safety management and quality assurance principles
• Experience with independent assessment of works and accident investigation processes
