Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our Senior Leadership team and drive the operational growth of our business.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in managing developers, engineers, and customer support teams.
Key responsibilities will include leading and coaching a diverse team, developing a new operational strategy, and implementing operational and quality improvements.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive member of the Senior Management Team, providing input on business strategies and other leadership initiatives.
Responsibilities will also include managing the Delivery/Implementation team, supporting the Customer Success team, and working closely with the Founders to develop a clear operational strategy.
The Operations Director will be responsible for identifying and implementing operational and quality improvements, improving the standard of projects delivered, and reviewing existing challenges and forecasting projected challenges.
The successful candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, experience developing and implementing strategies and processes, and the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders using technical terms.
We are looking for a strategic, logical, and commercially minded individual who can drive business revenue and profitability.
