As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, establishing successful client relationships, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Candidate Profile – Essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
- Experience working through the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
- Knowledge of technical recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, ATS/CRM systems, Workday, Bullhorn, Recruit CRM, or Vincere.
- Understanding of the technical job market and trends, with the ability to learn quickly about new industries.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for delivering excellence.
Candidate Profile – Desired
- Experience in technical recruitment, preferably in engineering, automotive, STEM, technology, IT, or similar.
- Experience working in a recruitment agency environment.
- Experience working with technical engineering stakeholders in design or production.
