About Our Team

We are a thriving SEND school in Ormskirk committed to providing a supportive environment that helps every child achieve their potential. We are seeking a highly skilled HLTA to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality education and care.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement tailored interventions and activities under the guidance of teaching staff.
  2. Assist in creating individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
  3. Foster strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers.
  4. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support pupil's holistic development.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or young people with SEND, preferably within an educational setting. A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive is essential. Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies (training can be provided). Competitive salary of around £25,000 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package.
