Job Title: Medical Affairs Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Lead to join our team at CK Group. As a key member of our respiratory team, you will play a crucial role in leading the tactical implementation of our medical strategy plans and ensuring operational excellence within the medical affairs team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Medical Managers and Medical Advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our medical affairs initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of respiratory medicine, serving as a therapy expert both internally and externally.
  • Attend national and international scientific meetings, congresses, and other events to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field.
  • Run national advisory boards, supporting both Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) and Medical Managers with these events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including patient organizations, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory affairs, commercial, and market access teams to drive business growth and success.
  • Ensure adherence to the ABPI code of practice, internal policies, and relevant standards of practice.
  • Lead the up-and-coming advisory board in 2025, driving innovation and excellence in our medical affairs initiatives.
  • Work across the life cycle with both mature and pipeline products, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure their success.
Your Background:
  • Experience in medical affairs, with a strong understanding of the respiratory medicine landscape.
  • Ideal experience in respiratory medicine, although this is a preference rather than a requirement.
  • In-depth understanding of the ABPI code of practice, either as a final medical signatory, AQP, commercial signatory, or equivalent knowledge.
