Job Title: Medical Affairs Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Lead to join our team at CK Group. As a key member of our respiratory team, you will play a crucial role in leading the tactical implementation of our medical strategy plans and ensuring operational excellence within the medical affairs team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Medical Managers and Medical Advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of medical affairs initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of respiratory medicine, serving as a therapy expert both internally and externally.
  • Attend national and international scientific meetings, congresses, and advisory boards to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, commercial, and market access, to ensure seamless execution of medical affairs initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to the ABPI code of practice and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in medical affairs, with a strong understanding of the ABPI code of practice.
  • Experience in respiratory medicine is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and patient organizations.
