Medical Affairs Lead Job Description

**Role Overview**

The CK Group is seeking a Medical Affairs Lead to join their team. This role will involve leading the respiratory team and supporting the tactical implementation of medical strategy plans. The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence within the medical affairs team and help devise the medical affairs strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the respiratory team and support the implementation of medical strategy plans
* Ensure operational excellence within the medical affairs team
* Collaborate with the Head of Medical Affairs to devise the medical affairs strategy
* Develop relationships with external stakeholders and patient organizations
* Attend national and international scientific meetings and congresses
* Run national advisory boards and support MSLs and Medical Managers
* Ensure adherence to the ABPI code of practice and internal policies

**Requirements**

* Experience in medical affairs
* In-depth understanding of the ABPI code of practice
* Ability to work across the life cycle with both mature and pipeline products
