Principal Scientist in Safety Strategy

We are seeking a Principal Scientist in Safety Strategy to join our team at BenevolentAI. As a key member of our DMPK and Safety department, you will be responsible for leading the safety strategy for our portfolio. You will work closely with our project teams, providing expert guidance on target safety assessments and mitigation strategies.
To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of toxicology and pharmacology, as well as experience in successfully leading, managing, and developing staff. Your ability to positively influence project direction through strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication is essential.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with 10+ years of experience working in toxicology to take their career to the next level. The estimated salary for this position is £120,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
