Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Structural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex structural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with nuclear safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of structural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with nuclear safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, technical reports, and safety cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading structural engineering projects, with a focus on nuclear safety.
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil/structural engineering principles, materials, and construction techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, technical reports, and safety cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
