We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to lead our team of engineers on a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers on structural engineering projects;
  • Develop and implement project plans and timelines;
  • Ensure projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality standards;
  • Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure project success;
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Chartered structural engineer or equivalent;
  • Relevant degree in Civil or Structural Engineering;
  • Proven track record of leading structural engineering projects;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
