Job Description
    A leading financial services organisation in Northampton is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a critical programme of work. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and experience in end-to-end delivery, working in both agile and waterfall methodologies.

The role will involve supporting high-profile projects in the digital and payments space, including an FCA-regulated programme. Key responsibilities include delivering various improvements within the existing digital and payments platform, with a focus on regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a large-scale organisation, ideally in Financial Services
  • Experience of working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Extensive stakeholder management skills
