Job Summary:

Mandeville is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Heathrow Airport. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to commute to Heathrow Airport
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude
