About the Role



We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our Surgical Technologies Sales team in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to develop and foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders, drive customer education, and support the growth of Stryker’s business in targeted accounts.



The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. They will be responsible for:




  • Developing strong relationships with key opinion leaders and customers
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Driving business growth through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve regional targets and objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions and sales performance


In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement in a dynamic and supportive environment.



Requirements



To succeed in this role, you will need:




  • A strong background in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A solid understanding of the healthcare industry and its trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office
