Job Title: Senior Jersey Designer for ASOS Collusion Team

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and innovative Senior Jersey Designer to lead the development of our Collusion jersey and leisure departments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching, designing, and developing first-to-market pieces that meet the needs of our global customer base.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Research and development of jersey and leisure products
* Design and development of new products, including identifying key shapes, colors, fabrics, and building first-to-market pieces
* Researching Gen Z culture and fashion to stay up-to-date with the latest trends
* Integrating with the brand's way of working, thinking head-to-toe, and building relationships with suppliers
* Adhering to deadlines and ensuring products are developed for the relevant selling period

**Requirements:**

* A senior jersey designer with experience managing at least one report
* Passionate about fashion and strong sense of style
* Strong commercial handwriting and understanding of the Collusion customer
* Ability to present new ideas to management and the wider team
* Significant experience in multi-product jersey and leisure design
* A keen graphics eye and experience briefing graphic designers
* Proficiency in Adobe, CAD, and hand sketch
