We are seeking a skilled Procurement Category Manager to join our team at Hargreaves Lansdown plc. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of suppliers, from selection to contract management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement category plans aligned with business strategy to drive commercial value and ensure resilience.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including market assessments, complex supplier negotiations, and contract implementation.
- Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks to manage supplier relationships and deliver contract obligations.
- Proven experience in category management, sourcing, and supplier management.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with experience in leading high-value, complex negotiations.
- Knowledge of regulatory landscapes in Financial Services and understanding of EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing.
- Good data analytics skills, with the ability to understand financial, economic, risk, and contractual data.
- Discretionary annual bonus and annual pay review.
