About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a motivated and compassionate SEN Specialist Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd in Slough. As an SEN Specialist Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting children with complex needs and making a positive impact on their educational journey.

Responsibilities:

Assist children with behaviour management strategies, support pupils with learning difficulties in a classroom setting, and collaborate with teachers to develop individualized learning plans. Monitor pupil progress and adjust strategies as needed. Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £89 per day, and includes a comprehensive benefits package that prioritizes employee well-being and professional growth.
