Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality care and education to children in the early years setting.
* Plan and implement engaging activities that promote the physical, social, and emotional development of each child.
* Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of all children.
* Observe and assess children's progress, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
* Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
* A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
* Current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 per annum.
