Job Description: Telemarketing Specialist

$40,000 - $55,000 per year


About the Role

The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Direct Sales team at Modsafe by conducting telemarketing activities, including quote follow-ups, cold calls, and delivery follow-up calls. The successful candidate will also assist with identifying new opportunities and leads.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Telemarketing Activities: Conduct telemarketing activities, including quote follow-ups, cold calls, and delivery follow-up calls.
  • Identify New Opportunities: Identify new opportunities and leads from Ad Hoc Using Barbour ABI, external lead sources telemarketing, and E-Blasts (mail merges).
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with potential customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and report preparation.

Requirements:
  • Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, CRMs) are required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
