About the Role

We are looking for a Diversity and Inclusion Champion to join our team at SeeAbility. This role will involve working with employers in the Bristol and South Gloucestershire area to promote inclusive recruitment practices and increase opportunities for people with learning disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting employers to develop truly inclusive workspaces.
  • Engaging with employers to promote the benefits of employing people with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Working with supported employment coaches to place participants in paid employment.
Requirements
  • A knowledge of the local job market in Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with employers and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and web searches.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Volunteers can claim travel expenses.
