Job Title: Property Maintenance Manager

Estimated Salary: £12,336 per annum (based on 20 hours/week)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Maintenance Manager to cover absences of permanent staff at retirement developments within a reasonable travelling distance.

As a Property Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property and providing a first-class service to Owners. You will work at the heart of Churchill Estates Management, promoting a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for Owners.

You will be a visible and reassuring presence, administering the office, arranging contractors to maintain the building, and complying with health and safety checks and standards. You will also play a key role in facilitating social events and supporting the sales team with customer viewings.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the maintenance of the property

Requirements:
  • Friendly personality with a love of people and socialising
  • Outgoing and assertive with excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate with experience of using Outlook
  • Previous experience in property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer or hospitality would be advantageous
