Job Title: Principal Structural Designer

Expleo is seeking a highly skilled Principal Structural Designer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex marine structures and systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of marine structures and systems, ensuring they meet technical requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical functions and ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve design and development processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marine design and development.
  • Proven track record of designing and developing complex marine structures and systems.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of marine hardware and systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
