Key Responsibilities

As an International Employee Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for the governance and management of established governance routines applicable to benefit programs. This will involve identifying opportunities to mitigate risks within the bank's governance framework and collaborating with partners and stakeholders across HR and outside of HR.

The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor management, research, and benchmarking, with a strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills. They will also have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
