Job Opportunity: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing specialist support to vulnerable adults with complex needs.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualized support to service users, promoting independence and empowering them to make their own choices.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of service users, adhering to care plans and protocols.
  • Participate in community activities, such as arts, crafts, and day trips, to promote socialization and engagement.
  • Assist with varying levels of personal care, demonstrating empathy and compassion.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Basic knowledge of British Sign Language (BSL) is essential.
  • Must be resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driver's license is required due to the location.
  • Ability to provide personal care and support service users with varying needs.
