About the Role
Tops Day Nurseries is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Manager to join our team. As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for the children in our care.
You will supervise children, ensure their safety, and organize activities such as games, crafts, and educational tasks. You will also work alongside other team members who are passionate about providing care, warmth, and kindness to all those who work in our Nurseries.

About You
A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification is required. Some of the primary skills we are looking for will be someone with excellent communication skills, creative skills, and a positive outlook. You will also be responsible for conducting interviews, developing and maintaining the nursery budget, and arranging marketing materials.

DBS Requirements
All candidates will be required to have an enhanced DBS which is on the update service. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks. This role involves regulated activity with children. You should not apply if you are on the Children's Barred List.
