Nursery Manager Position

About the Role
Tops Day Nurseries is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our team in providing high-quality care and education to children. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for creating a safe, educational, and fun environment that promotes the development and well-being of our young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of childcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and education to children.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate programs and activities that promote learning and development.
- Monitor and maintain the condition of the nursery, including equipment and facilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best possible candidates are selected for our team.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work 4 days a week.
