Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at HR Services and Solutions. As a Physiotherapist (Permanent), you will play a critical role in providing expert care to our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for employees suffering from musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries and/or disorders.
  • Classify presenting clinical MSK disorders into work-relatedness categories.
  • Provide detailed reports to management following assessment and at time of discharge, indicating employee fitness to work and any necessary adjustments to their role.
  • Lead onsite exercise classes to rehabilitate employees with MSK injuries.
  • Communicate effectively with the wider occupational health team.
  • Conduct DSE assessments and provide prophylactic advice.
  • Recommend changes/equipment following DSE assessments.
  • Identify hazards within the workplace and assess the risk of identified hazards causing or aggravating MSK ill health.
  • Conduct ergonomic risk assessments with Safety, Health, and Environment advisors on-site.
  • Provide information to the wider OH team regarding work practice or working environment changes.
  • Effectively rehabilitate staff with MSK disorders.
  • Complete comprehensive assessment and treatment records.
  • Collect statistical information for report generation and contribute to health promotion events.
