Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide reports to management on employee fitness to work and any necessary adjustments to their role.
  • Communicate effectively with the occupational health team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Identify and assess workplace hazards that may cause or aggravate musculoskeletal (MSK) ill health.
  • Collaborate with Safety, Health, and Environment advisors to conduct ergonomic risk assessments and identify risks to employees.
  • Provide the occupational health team with information on necessary work practice or environment changes.
  • Effectively rehabilitate staff with MSK disorders, whether work-related or not.
  • Collect statistical information for report generation and contribute to health promotion events.
