Hunter AHP is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Community Rehabilitation Specialist. This is a Band 6 role that involves working in a multidisciplinary team to provide general physical rehabilitation services in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in the community
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:
- Registered Physiotherapist with a strong background in community rehabilitation
