You will be responsible for improving site efficiency, inventory management, financial controls, and building world-class dashboards on PowerBI to measure KPIs.

As a Finance Business Partner, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with the Operations Director and their team to provide key data and commercial insights
  • Preparing Management Accounts to EBITDA level
  • Preparing financial and data analysis with a focus on factory performance and overhead control
  • Designing and preparing weekly KPI Statements with a focus on factory performance, output, and efficiency
  • Supporting the Divisional FC in defining best practice in relation to management, factory, and operational KPI accounting
