Financial Business Partner

Element Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business in achieving its financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present month-end management reports, providing insightful commentary and analysis to stakeholders.
- Financial Communication: Effectively communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders, ensuring they are well-informed and empowered to make informed decisions.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to business growth.
- Support and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to non-finance stakeholders on budgetary decision-making, ensuring they have the necessary financial information to make informed choices.
- Delegation and Development: Deputise for Finance Business Partners on an ad-hoc basis, taking on additional responsibilities and contributing to the development of the finance team.
- Qualifications: AAT qualified with a strong desire to complete further accountancy study (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Experience: Prior experience of working with monthly management accounts, with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and present complex financial data.
- Personal Qualities: A proactive and flexible approach, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
