We are seeking a Learning Environment Manager to join our team as a Cover Supervisor at a thriving secondary school in Winchmore Hill, Enfield. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating a positive and productive learning environment for students.

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a degree from a top 20 UK university and prior experience working within a school setting. You should be confident in managing student behaviour and encouraging positive engagement.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. The contract is long-term, Monday to Friday, term-time-only, starting in January 2025. You will also receive weekly CPD sessions and a highly supportive staff team.
