Job Title: Senior Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team at Lichfield West Midlands Traded Services Limited. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Purchasing & Order Processing functions to deliver excellent customer service through efficient and effective processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Purchasing & Order Processing functions to deliver excellent customer service through efficient and effective processes.
  • Take a hands-on approach, learning the detail of the departmental functions and contributing to capacity by carrying out work yourself regularly, including order processing, purchasing, stock control and logistics.
  • Identify and implement process improvements including working with other departmental managers to change and improve business-wide processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or looking to step into their first operations manager role.
  • Experience of working in manufacturing or engineering and procurement/purchasing experience.
  • Ability to drive business performance, work as a team player, be resilient, assertive, open to change, and have a collaborative approach to working together while leading by example.
