Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Site Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at CLH Benchmark. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary team and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of site supervisors and laborers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, safety records, and quality control documents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Provide input into project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in construction management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Valid SMSTS certification and CSCS card.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Experience working with FRC and groundworks/earthworks.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
