Senior Site Manager Job Description

BAM Construction is seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Manager to lead our construction projects in the Central region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex construction projects, with a strong technical knowledge of substructures, reinforced concrete, and steel frame construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing the Project Management Plan, including site procedures and practices, and completing records and documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with the health and safety Management Plan and BAM Operating Procedures.
  • Managing and ordering materials, and utilizing IT equipment, including on-site QA and digital information.
  • Understanding BIM and the use of Field 360.
  • Leading a team of construction professionals and ensuring quality records are produced and monitored.
Requirements:
  • A relevant Health & Safety qualification and competence to carry out site management tasks.
  • A broad construction-based technical experience.
  • A valid driver's license.
